CHOICE OF CHARACTERS

The Character are divided into 3 groups and will be chosen by lottery "MEGA SENA", is a kind of lottery in Brazil

GROUP 1

BLANKA = 01 to 60
RYU
E-HONDA
GUILE

GROUP 2

KEN
CHUN LI
DHALSIM
ZANGIEF

GROUP 3

M. BISON = 01 to 60
BALROG
VEGA

SAGAT

RAFFLE

The first issue of "MEGA SENA" will define the group
GROUP 1 = Item 01 to 20
GROUP 2 = the number 21 to 40
GROUP 3 = the number 41 to 60

The second issue of "MEGA SENA" will define the "character" of the corresponding group for each week

if in case the number of next week has already been chosen in previous weeks pursues the next number in the order of the draw and so on

when they get 3 characters in the group numbers were so

GROUP 1 "just one example"

RYU = 1 to 20
E-HONDA = 21 to 40
BLANKA = 41 to 60

and when they get 2 characters in the group numbers were so

GROUP 1 "just one example"

RYU = 1 to 30
E-HONDA = 31 to 40

and the same thing when 2 groups are left
